Platform Juliet, 90 miles offshore of Doalla, Cameroon.  Subject equipment was a Circulation Heater that supplemented the Turbine Waste Heat Recovery Units for heating the Crude Oil being pumped to the Tanker.  The reduced viscosity improved the production rate that could be achieved.
